stepping out at work

Good Afternoon

Well last Friday April 27th, I was in a meeting with my dispatcher and operational Manager at the company that I work at and informed them that I was transgender and I will be dressing full time as a female.

Their main concern is the appearance that I would give to my customers if I show up there fully dressed. Well, I assured them that I will be in full work clothing and will abide by all of the safety regulation that our customers required.

I also have declined to be a trainer until the transformation is complete and they seem satisfied with that.

Well girls, Jamie took another big step in her life so now it is back to the counselor on the 17th for the second time before starting the HRT.

No, not Harry Potter. Artist/potter, Grayson Perry, accepts Turner Prize in a �2,500 purple dress with large bows and frills and shiny red strap shoes.

The Turner prize stirs an annual debate about what constitutes good art. Of his artwork, Perry says, "I think the art world had more trouble coming to terms with me being a potter than my choice of frocks."

His wife is a psychotherapist, and much of the support behind his work (and probably his 'alter-ego'). Read the article here.
